Appraisal Services

Who needs an appraiser?

Appraisals are done for a variety of reasons including but not limited to, estate taxes, evaluation prior to division of property among heirs, insurance, wills, divorce, damage assessment and general knowledge.

Professional service providers such as attorneys, insurance agents and financial advisors often work with a certified appraiser.

When the time comes to determine value of cherished possessions, individuals and families turn to an appraiser for reliable accurate information.

 Personal Property Appraisals

A written certified appraisal helps clarify the value of your personal property.  Whether it's for estate tax purposes, division of assets or sentimental reasons, a certified appraisal is the fairest way to determine the value of objects.

Valuations

The monetary value of certain items can vary depending on exact purpose of the appraisal. We offer:

Fair Market Value Appraisals, the value an item, the value an item is anticipated to bring in an open advertised market, such as an auction
