April 27, 2025 – May 2, 2025 at 8 PM – BENEFIT AUCTION for FCLS “Talk Derby to Me” Event

Bidding opens April 27, 2025 at 1 PM and closes May 2, 2025 at 8 PM. 

PLEASE NOTE: all bids are absentee bids. They will be posted by committee members to the silent auction bid sheets at the in-person event held May 3, 2025. All online bids will be executed competitively by committee members. Successful bidders (not present at the Talk Derby to Me event will be notified by phone or email.

1. FCLS does not have a shipping department. Items sold are for pick-up only. Items must be picked up at the Coyle Free Library. Please call (717) 263-1054 before coming to pick up items.
2. Online ABSENTEE BIDDING for the SILENT Auction is open to friends of the FCLS and attendees of the Talk Derby to Me fundraising event and those with whom they wish to share the auction.
3. Online bidders must register on the website with valid address, phone number and email information.
4. The auctioneer/auction committee is the sole determinant as to who is the successful bidder. The auctioneer/committee has the right to reject any bid. In the event of any dispute, under extreme circumstances, the auctioneer/auction committee has the right to reopen bidding on a sold lot.
5. Once an item is sold, the buyer assumes full risk and responsibility for said items.
6. FCLS is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.
7. Everything is sold “as is” unless announced otherwise.
8. All items purchased must be picked up no later than May 10 unless other arrangements are made by calling Jill Yaich at (717) 263-1054
9. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, check and credit cards.

11. Successful bidders will be notified by phone or email within 2 business days of the silent auction held during the Talk Derby to Me event held at the Menno Haven Lift Center on May 3, 2025.
12. Payment of successful Bids must be made within 3 business days of notification of winning bids.
13. Unless prior arrangements have been made with FCLS, any merchandise not picked up within one week of sale date will be considered abandoned and bidder will be disallowed to bid in further auctions.
14. By participating in the auction, bidders agree to all terms and conditions of auction.
