CONDITION & GRADING NOTE: All items sold as-is, where-is, with no guarantee. Buyers are responsible to satisfy themselves as to condition of items. Every effort will be made to assist bidders, however YOU are the sole judge of condition. Condition requests must be made prior to day of sale.

PICK UP: Successful Bidders may pick up on sale day or Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 8 AM – 5 PM and Friday from 8 AM – Noon. Closed non-auction days from Noon – 1 PM. Deadline for pick-up is by Noon on Friday.

SHIPPING: We ship UPS or USPS insured for bid amount. Please allow time for accurate and safe packing of your items. Bidders will be invoiced a total including shipping and handling. No shipping on Furniture, alcohol or other items designated as “NO SHIPPING”. Be advised – if an item is listed as “Heavy” this is an effort to inform you that the cost of shipping maybe substantial due to weight of item.
